Hi Rod,

Well, unfortunately the California “fun in the sun” is over for this year. Thanks again for a fabulous surfing time, and for your help in getting a fin for my surfboard. Amazingly, I think that I did improve over last year, so maybe by next year I will be ready for an upgrade. :0) We are going to Hawaii in January, so I should be able to put some time in the water there, prior to heading down to California again next October. Do you have any recommendations on areas where there would be some waves that I could manage and have some fun on in Hawaii?
